Last week saw a new member being invested into the Scouts.  Jumble the Cavapoo! When scout leader Andy joked that if our youngest scout made her dog Jumble a scarf as part of her craft badge he would invest him into the troop it didn’t take her long to rise to the challenge.  After making a tiny maroon scarf with gold trim for the 3 month old puppy, Jumble was invested the following week to the delight of everyone.  …

New Equipment Store

New Equipment Store

Thanks to the fundraising commitee, we have now been able to build our long awaited additional equipment store. The cost was just over £4000 and came in within budget (just) This will enable us to store our camping and activity equipment and ensure we can access our “kit” quickly and easily.
